HR representatives are also reaching out to the employees who are feeling vulnerable or are living alone so that they do not feel isolated.

With distributed working being accepted as the norm, there will be an increased demand for IT products and services such as collaboration tools, cloud-based services, and enterprise-wide digital transformation. We have significantly increased our learning and development efforts during this period to prepare our employees for the upcoming challenges and to make them ready for the future.
